Custom hat pricing depends on quantity, embroidery size, and hat style. On average, custom embroidered caps range from $12-$18, excluding shipping charges, but discounted rates are available for bulk orders.
You can order 1 as a minimum, but it's better to order 20 for bulk pricing.
Once approved, it usually takes 2-3 business days for production and 5-6 business days for shipping.
Yes! You can upload your logo, artwork, or design, and we will digitize it for embroidery. You can also provide additional information in the instruction box.
We always show a picture before running into production for final approval. We have a team of qualified hat makers with 30+ years of experience in hat making.
We support PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG. Our team converts your logo into embroidery format at no extra cost.
We usually show pictures when production is completed. If incase you need any changes, we will do it for you. All custom orders are non-refundable, but it can be fixed, replaced, and adjusted until you are 100% satisfied.
